Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@sajigarments.com. We will confirm if cancellation is still possible.
• If cancellation is successful, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy for eligible products purchased from our eCommerce store.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging.
• A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is required for any returns.
• Sale items and special promotions are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 96 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• You may be asked to provide photos of the defect to facilitate the process.
